My brother asked me to buy him a high quality induction cookware. He said that he needs an additional cookware for his upcoming children’s party which he is going to give for his 1year old son. He said that he needs a cookware which he can use it for grilling.
I looked for a cookware that will suit to the needs of my brother and I saw this Demeyere Apollo 13.4- Inch Round Maxi grill. I was a hesitant at first because it is a little bit expensive. Nevertheless, I still purchased it because of its said durable feature. It is a unique 13.4 flanged rimmed disk that is intended for griddle and griddle and grill.
When I it was delivered to my brother’s house, I was very weary that it might not work well for him and I told him hoe the cookware cost. He was very busy preparing for all the things that he was going to need for the first birthday party of his son. He is also the master of his kitchen that why is even in the preparation of the food he is going to serve he is the one who is taking charge of it. Since I love cooking too, I helped him in the preparation of all the ingredients that he is going to need. I also had a chance to see how the induction cookware works for him. Finally, when he was going to grill the lamb meat using the Demeyere Apollo I observed him using it. I saw him how easy for him to grill the meat on it. And I was amazed that after grilling the meat, he used this again in cooking other dishes. Other from grilling, he was able to use this cookware for frying, boiling, sautéing and a lot more. I observed that he was able to use the cookware conveniently. It was very easy for him transporting and pouring the food in another serving platter. With the different cooking methods he used with this cookware, I know that I bought the right and perfect cookware for my brother.
I was glad when my brother commented that it was the best induction cookware that he was able to use. That was the only time that I was able to tell him how much it cost. He said that it was worth it!
